Arsenal target Julian Draxler is wanted by Paris St-Germain
The German international has been repeatedly linked with Arsenal, but an Italian news outlet reckons PSG will try and coax him to France. Klaus Allofs, Wolfsburg’s sporting director, admitted last week that the 23-year-old could leave the club in January.
He told Sport1: "We'll evaluate the situation differently, and we may do things differently next time. "Does this mean letting him [Draxler] leave? Potentially."
Starsport revealed the Gunners could have landed their man with a bid of £50m in the summer after he went public with his desire to leave Wolfsburg. However the German outfit stood their ground and refused to part with their prized asset.
Draxler has struggled for form this season and has failed to find the net in his nine top-flight appearances. And the Bundesliga outfit might be tempted to cash in if either Arsenal or PSG come calling.
